From the start menu, click the Onenote icon.

Open your Onenote notebook.

Click on insert tab.

Under "images" choose the location in which you wish to retrieve your photo.

If you select online pictures,type in your desired image, then enter.

Select picture and click insert.

Click and drag handles to minimize or maximize image.
